We are an Equality and Human Rights practice, working across all sectors, (particularly the public sector) focusing on the issues of Social Inclusion, Diversity, Equality and Human Rights, and the Equality threads (disability, age, religion and belief, sexual orientation, transgender, race and gender).

We see our role as bridging the gap between the theoretical (including legislation) and the practical.  We are first and foremost a service delivery organisation; we place Social Inclusion, Social Justice with Diversity, Equality and Human Rights at our core.

All of our key staff are experts in related fields.

Our mission is to enable the spread of knowledge and understanding of the above topics in a practical framework.

Our services include consultancy and training programs in Equality, Diversity and Social Inclusion designed and delivered to meet the target of fulfilling strategic, social and legal requirements.

This, in turn, allows individuals to gain much sought-after skills and knowledge (and qualifications where appropriate) – which benefit organisations, helping them meet the current responsibilities within the changing equality legislation.

This is a configuration of needs we use for the public sector.

  • Commitment
  • Baseline
  • Policy
  • Indicators
  • Implementation
  • Training
  • Continuous and never-ending improvement

At times meeting some of these organisational needs appear to be contradictory but with careful strategic planning we have proved they can be met. Meeting these needs contributes in two ways; it increases personal development for the individuals and achieves organisational objectives thereby developing the organisation.

Training in Equality and Diversity requires up to date facts, knowledge and information of the legislation and equality schemes. Demonstrating to organisations ‘how to’ make the schemes work and Equality Impact Assessments is part of the training and consultancy service we provide.

Our experience allows us to produce methods, systems and techniques of passing on ‘how to’, enabling others to understand the process in order to deliver the necessary results. This ensures the reliability and credibility of the standards we work to are never compromised.  The feedback we have received has been outstanding and has included participants from barristers chambers to commissions.

Best Value (Cost and Time effective)

The results so far have proved to be very interesting; showing that there is little knowledge around about equality and diversity and there is a huge training requirement to up skill the public and private sector to meet the objectives of the equality and diversity agenda.

The project has put us in a privileged position where we have been able to drill deeply and gain a practical understanding of the requirements that equality demands from a wide range of public sector organisations including colleges and education establishments.

Our whole focus is on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion issues. Training in them, investigating them and reporting and making recommendations.
